The IP Rights Center needed isolated digital infrastructure for seizure banners, public information, domain administration, and visitor reporting.
The infrastructure was required to manage active, past, and newly seized domains while correctly attributing visitor activity across domain name records.

Implemented a dedicated Amazon Web Services (AWS) government-cloud environment with compute, storage, content delivery, network controls, logging, and access management.
Configured Domain Name System (DNS) records, secure file transfer, and banner routing for seizures, shutdowns, and public-service announcements.
Created a secure visitor-data store and reporting functions for banner views, unique visitors, geography, referring sources, and domain activity.
Provided cloud management, hardening, backups, monitoring, documentation, and 24-hour weekday response for all technical-support incidents.
